The Test Cricket Award Scheme is a structured cricket coaching
scheme for boys and girls aged 8 to 14 years.
Courses run throughout the county during the winter.

The first stage is the Junior Test Award - Stage 1 particularly for children under 10 years old.
This course is usually 5 weeks long

The second stage is the Bronze Award - Stage 2
A 'starter' course introducing the basics of the game to over 10s
and holders of the Junior Test Award.  This course is usually 8 weeks long.

The Silver Award - Stage 3 - For Bronze Award holders
This course is ideal preparation for moving into a Club youth section.
This course runs for 8 weeks.

The Gold Award - Stage 4
Designed for Silver Award holders. 
This course runs for 10 weeks.

Other Coaching Courses
Trent Bridge also run coaching courses in the school holidays
for 5 to 13 year olds.
There are one to one sessions with bowling machines for children of 11 and over. 

All sessions are run by qualified ECB coaches who are fully CRB checked.•
