We have many varying opportunities for women & girls cricket here in Nottinghamshire with offers ranging from the softball beginner through to the highest level of hardball league player too.
Women & Girls Clubs - If joining and representing a club cricket team is your chosen playing journey then here in Nottinghamshire we now have a wide range of different club options for the committed female player. We have teams playing in girls Kwik cricket leagues through to women’s casual and league softball options as well as a good number of teams playing hardball in the newly developed East Midlands Womens Cricket League.
Women’s Soft Ball Leagues - Here in Nottinghamshire we organise and facilitate two softball leagues, one winter and one in the summer offer which are split into a North and South group, these leagues provide a great entry level of competition for the beginner with many of our teams then progressing into the East Midlands Women Cricket League formats too.
Women’s Soft Ball Festivals - Soft Ball Cricket is about getting out and playing: maximum fun, minimum fuss. No pads, no hard ball, no heavy bat, no head-scratching rules. It’s a game for absolutely everybody aged 14 plus, no matter your skill level or fitness. Playing time at Festivals is usually about two to four hours, so it never gets boring!
Women & Girls Coaching - We can support training and coaching offers to any level of female cricketer through our school, club support and development centre options. where possible these sessions will be supported by a number by experienced male and female coaches who have a shared passion for developing the Women & Girls game.
