FANCY BEING PART OF CRICKET'S FUTURE?
There has never been a better time to get involved or to share your love of the game with players of all ages and abilities. The game of cricket is supported by many roles - from volunteers, to coaches and umpires, to grounds staff, to club main contacts - the list goes on. Here you will find all you need to support your club or to start getting involved.
VOLUNTEERING
Volunteering in cricket is hugely rewarding. Whether you are just starting out, or having been volunteering for years, here you can find all the support and information you need.
COACHING
ECB Coach Education supports the development of coaches and coach developers at all levels of the game, to ensure they’re able to provide players with the best possible experience of playing cricket and the necessary skills, knowledge and understanding of the game to help them fulfil their potential.
OFFICIALS
ECB Association of Cricket Officials represents scorers and umpires for and on behalf of the national governing body, the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB). ECB ACO is the membership organisation responsible for the recruitment, training and development of all cricket officials.
GROUND STAFF
Ground staff are fundamental to cricket. No other surface affects the sport it is played on more than a cricket pitch, and while it may not always seem like it, ground staff are vital, as they are instrumental in the enjoyment and safety of those who play on our grounds and pitches.
