Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club are thrilled to announce that a small funding opportunity has been made available for recreational clubs who require emergency support.
Five of Nottinghamshire’s senior cricket leagues have partnered with Nottinghamshire Recreational Cricket Advisory Group (RCAG) to provide investment for those clubs who are deemed to be at risk of folding or losing teams due to a combination of player resource, volunteer resource or access to vital facilities and/or equipment.
The Bassetlaw & District Cricket League, Newark Alliance Cricket League, Nottinghamshire Premier League and South Nottinghamshire Cricket League have all made generous contributions to help sustain the health of cricket across the county.
We would like to thank all of the leagues involved for their collaboration and support with this initiative.
These emergency grants are designed to support clubs that fail to meet the criteria of other funders and grant givers and should be accessed as a last resort, for up to £1,000.
