Important Guidelines
Are you a Coach, Umpire, Scorer, Team Captain, Child Welfare Officer or a member of a club that needs a DBS?
If so an evening has been arranged at Trent Bridge for you to get your DBS signed off before the start of the season.
In what could be the last date before the start of the season to get the document signed off, the Nottingham Cricket Board will be holding an evening on the Tuesday 15 March between 5.30pm-7.30pm in the New Board Room, 2nd Floor, New Building.

Please contact The GB Group to obtain a DBS form before the evening and they can be reached on 0115 969 4606.
Please bring three pieces of evidence with you on the evening from any of the following:
• Driving licence
• Marriage or Birth certificate
• Passport
• Credit Card/Bank/Building Society Statement – within the last three months
• Utility Bill (UK), electricity, gas, water, telephone. (mobile phone bill not acceptable) – within the last three months
• Mortgage Statement (UK or EEA) – within the last 12 months
• Council Tax Statement (UK and Channel Islands) – within the last 12 months
Please note documents printed from the internet are not acceptable.
Also see below for an update letter on DBS from the County Welfare Officer, John Leafe. The ECB are particularly concerned about the
number of captains who regularly play with Under-18s in their side and don’t have a current ECB DBS. They are equally concerned about club welfare officers who have not been DBS vetted or whose vetting has expired.
